Dreft Fashion Week: Designer List, Program, and Ticket Information

Dreft Fashion Week- Will the 2nd Annual fashion show live up to expectations?

Last year’s Dreft Fashion Week was a fashion journalist’s dream come true. Talented designers equipped with needle and thread sewed garments tailor made for those with high-end budgets. Internationally known fashion heavy weights like Jeremy Scott (designer of Adidas), Roberto Coin (jeweler to starlets around the globe), and Supermodel Petra Němcová were all in attendance for the week long fashion affair.
But that was 2011, and this is 2012. There is competition from the likes of Prague Fashion Weekend and Designblok Premier Fashion Week hoping to trump the cards laid out by the Dreft Fashion Week team. Will it live up to expectations?

Here’s what you can expect so far-

The VIP guests will hail from South American with two very important names being on the lip’s of every journalist and blogger this September- Valeria Mazza and Alexandre Herchcovitch.
Mazza, the sultry Argentinean, rose to fame when she was discovered at the tender age of 16 and went on to become a leading supermodel during the ‘90s. She graced the covers of magazines and was a constant named whispered for campaign shoots across the globe. For many men they will know her purely on that fact that Valeria Mazza and Tyra Banks shared the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover launching many young boy’s fantasies.
Alexandre Herchcovitch has won the hearts and wallets of many throughout the fashion world. Known for his utilitarian designs and somewhat avant-garde choice in patterns he is more than just a household name in Brazil, but also across the world. Fresh off of New York Fashion Week, Mr. Herchcovitch with debut his Spring/Summer 2013 collection to European audiences, but has bequeathed the honor to Prague second only to the editors of New York Fashion Week. While the fashion show will be by invitation only, those wishing to hear from the design-star first hand will be able to do so on Monday, September 17th at 11am at VŠUP here in Prague.
